Turkey burgers are perfect this time of year. I made this recipe for my family and my dad who usually does not care for turkey burgers LOVED them! The recipe is a perfect choice to enjoy your favorite summer foods while sticking to the program.

Ingredients
- 1 package of Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 package of Taco Seasoning (Low Sodium)
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions
- Combine ground turkey, taco seasoning, spinach, onion and cheese
- Divide the burgers to form 6-8 burgers
- Place burgers on grill until golden brown
- Enjoy!
