Shrinking Man

The “Shrinking Man” is actually Gary Mercer. He started on a very low carb diet prescribed by his nutritionist. Check out this page for the daily weigh ins.

He started September 7th and as of today, September 19th, he is down 12 pounds – that just 12 days!

The program has 3 phases: Phase I, Phase II and Maintenance.

We are on Phase I. I lost 3.5 pounds! I have never seen a diet work so quickly! We feel great. No more ups and downs because NO MORE SUGAR causing havoc with our bodies.

If you subscribe to the blog, you will learn the diet and easy shortcuts and recipes that are not included in the very basic and boring plan. I love to cook and change things up so this is why we are having so much success.
