Caesar Salad – Bring Fine Dining Home with this “Can-Can” Salad!

Here is my own caesar salad recipe that I created using a wonderful combination of the key ingredients – garlic, anchovy paste and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

I use a food processor to make it easier.  I put the 3 garlic cloves in the processor first and then spin until minced.  Next, add the lemon juice, dijon mustard, and anchovy paste .  Spin again.  Add the canola oil.  Use half of the dressing first, and add the rest, if needed, depending on the size of the romaine bunch. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.

    I just came back from the super market and bought all the ingredients for the Ceasar Salad, I can’t wait to have it for dinner tonight.
