Low Carb and SUGAR-FREE Coconut Cream Pie!

I made this luscious and creamy Coconut Cream Pie from Dixie Diner for the first time this evening and it turned out GREAT!  I divided the pie into 6 servings, not the recommended 7.  It’s easier to cut that way and what’s the difference when 1/6 of a pie is just 2.3 net carbs per serving when made using the Home Made Press n’ Bake Low Carb Pie Crust Mix listed on the recipe!

This photo shows a richer tasting crust, which tastes like a butter cookie, and is simply called the Pie Crust Shell.  Add just one additional carb if using this crust.  The featured slice is 1/6 of the pie, uses the Pie Crust Shell and is just 3.3 carbs for each generous serving!
